Siomay , one of my favourite food (snacks)

Siomay is a very famous food/snacks was made from mackerel fish meat ,wheat and sago.It usually presented with peanut sausce , ketchup , and chili sausce.

Normally, one portion of siomay was consists of Siomay it self, tofu with small siomay inside, boiled egg, boiled potato,scroll of cabbage,and Pare fruit with siomay inside (momordica charantia).



And off course it's very very very and very delicious.... one of my favorite foods hehehe..

If u came to jogja and want to tried siomay.. actually there are so many siomay stall in Jogja..
but i will tell you my favorite siomay stall in jogja:

1. "Siomay Bang Cepot" in "kaliurang street" at 8 Km . This is my favorite siomay stall , There are 2 kind peanut sauce, hot and normal. And it have 2 kind of siomay, first is ordinary siomay, and second is shrimp siomay. The siomay is very soft and tasty.

2. Siomay Sagan , front of "sagan pom gasoline" ,near from "panti rapih" hospital. It's very delicious too and cheap hehehe... beside siomay , this place sell batagor ( fried siomay and tofu with peanut sauce) and chicken porridge.

3. Siomay Mang Mudi, one of famous siomay stall in jogja.. , have so many branch in jogja such in babarsari, Kaliurang street, and another place in jogja.. Siomay mang mudi also provide various kind of siomay like shrimp siomay, oval siomay, and Jumbo siomay.

4. Siomay next of galeria mall Jogjakarta,road east, i for got the name.. it's very delicious too..
